Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Liability & Damages

All San products are to be used by trained practitioners only.

San Acupuncture Supplies & Equipment trading as SASEAA Pty Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage caused by any of our products, due to (but not limited to), misuse, inadequate training, poor or improper technique, and manufacturing flaws. By purchasing any products through San Acupuncture Supplies & Equipment you agree to the above terms and conditions.

Accepted methods of payment

Account (For returning and approved clients only). For all account enquiries and terms please email info@sanacupuncturesupplies.com

For clients who cannot pay via credit card simply and email or call us with a list of the selected goods you wish to purchase from our store. We will then organise payment with you via direct deposit into our bank account.

All goods must be paid in full before dispatch.

Prices and discounts

All prices shown on products are in Australian dollars and are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax).

At San we endeavour to maintain consistency in our pricing, however factors such as foreign currency exchange rates and product cost increases may contribute to price increases without prior notice. In the event that an order has been placed and we have entered a product price incorrectly we will contact you to inform you of the mistake. You can then either accept the adjusted price or have that product removed from your order.
