Warnings:

Contains a high concentration of menthol, which can cause severe skin irritation. Avoid contact with eyes. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. If irritation develops, discontinue use.

Contains methyl salicylate. Do NOT use if pregnant. Do NOT use this product on children 6 years of age or less. Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid prolonged exposure in the sun.

Directions:

Apply 2-3 drops to the affected area. Massage gently with the thumb for 15 minutes. Apply force from gentle to strong and repeat massage every 4 hours until pain is relieved.
